About Lisa
Hello! I'm Lisa Tosatto Filter, and I'm thrilled you're here. I am a Business Branding Architect. I help professional women build a personal brand to maximize their reach, potential and opportunities as a powerhouse woman in the world.
My masterclass "Architect Your Brand" is a transformative masterclass designed to guide one through a seamless 5-day process whereby I help one craft the blueprint for success, integrating personality, skills and expertise. By aligning ones name and face with authenticity, credibility, and trustworthiness, one can establish a powerful resonance with their audience. Through this whole process, the audience gains a clear understanding of how their needs and desires are addresses, as well as position one as the go-to solution provider and trusted expert.
In "Architect Your Brand" masterclass you will get to know me just as Lisa Tosatto, but not to worry, one in the same! I just dropped my married name and go by my beautiful maiden name for my business. I continue to use both until my children are ready to start their own lives away from home.
My Education
Marketing has always been my passion, igniting a deep love within me. At Ohio State, I immersed myself in marketing studies, relishing every moment as it sparked joy and excitement. This passion led me to pursue an MBA at the Katz Graduate School, where I delved deeper into the field, gaining invaluable knowledge that remains an integral part of who I am today.
Later in life, during the years when my children were young, I embarked on a new educational journey at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh's online program for Graphic Design. Despite the challenges of balancing family life, I found immense fulfillment in this creative pursuit, which beautifully complemented my marketing background.
My World- Being a Mom!
My greatest and biggest blessing has been the opportunity to raise my two incredible boys and be called Mom! A part of life that I know never ends, but changes a lot. You have to ride the waves and roll with the punches. It's been a journey I wouldn't trade for anything in this world. I'm excited to see this next chapter as they are getting ready to head off to college over the next two years. I'm so proud of these two great young men. This fall my oldest son is off to Penn State (We are!).
As a family we often spend time running from sport to sport. Our lives are currently involved in both in-line and dek hockey, and some volleyball and basketball on the side! While we love to travel, it is mostly spent doing what they love, and it's perfect. Otherwise, we are off visiting colleges, spending a week at Litchfield Beach, SC with our extended family, and taking day adventures around Pittsburgh.
As for me, when I do get a little time to myself, I enjoy walking and listening to some of my favorite podcasts and books, biking the rails-to-trails, a hot yoga class to rejuvenate my mind and body, or a great rom-com movie or series to feel happy and just relax.

Some major accomplishment's I'm super proud of is that my bridal store was voted and won the last 2 years in a row Best of The Burg from Pittsburgh Magazine. I was named Most Powerful Female Business Leaders in Pittsburgh and Top 50 Business Women in Pittsburgh from Whirl Magazine. I have run a MOPS (Mother of Preschoolers), Mosaic (Mother's of Elementary School), and several bible studies. Lastly, I was a member of The Ohio State Women's Swimming Team.
